Having been trained by one of the three Founding Fathers of Phalloplasty, I am often called upon to correct attempts of other surgeons to perform these procedures.  Like Tertiary Tummy Tucks, these are complex and challenging because the normal anatomic planes have been disrupted, and then there is the problem of the outcome from the prior procedure itself.
