All humans contain both male and female hormones in varying amounts. Â However, in some cases the males may be breast tissue that is very sensitive and responsive to the presence of estrogen, even if it is at normal levels. Â The male breast tissue may grow to large volumes, such as B or even C cup sizes, and may require a combination of liposuction and direct surgical excision to remove it and restore a more masculine profile to the male chest.
